For families
Finding the right nanny should feel like an answered prayer, not a gamble.
If you love children, love the Lord, and take this work seriously, you already know how rare it is to find a family who values all three. That is exactly the kind of family we work with.
What you get
Four things you will not find on an app
A nanny who shares your faith
Every candidate has a real conversation with me about what she believes and how she lives it out. You will not have to wonder whether she is comfortable praying with your kids, taking them to church, or answering the big questions the way you would.
A nanny I have personally vetted
I interview every candidate myself. I call her references. I ask the scenario questions that reveal character: what she does when a toddler lies, when a teenager pushes back, when no one is watching.
A nanny who fits your home
Your routines, your food, your screen rules, your discipline style, your schedule. I match on all of it, not just availability.
Someone in your corner
I stay involved through the offer, the first weeks, and beyond. If something isn’t working, you call me.
How it works
Three steps to the right fit
We talk
A relaxed conversation, by phone or video, about your family. Who your children are, what your days look like, what you believe, and what matters most in your home. There is no form to fill out before we talk. I want to hear it from you.
I search and screen
I go looking for your nanny. Every candidate I consider is personally interviewed, reference-checked, background-checked, and assessed for faith, character, and healthy habits. Most families never see how much gets filtered out at this step. That is the point.
You meet your matches
I bring you only the nannies who truly fit. You interview them, you meet them with your children, and you choose. I guide you through the offer, the work agreement, and the first weeks in your home.
Before you meet her

Who we serve
We place full-time, part-time, and [live-in / after-school / newborn care: JEN TO CONFIRM] nannies with families in [SERVICE AREA].
Investment
[JEN: fee structure goes here once set. Suggested framing: “Our placement fee is [X]. It covers the search, the screening, the matching, and my support through the first [X] days. We are happy to walk you through it on our first call.”]
"And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: and thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up."
Deuteronomy 6:6–7
The person walking by the way with your children should be teaching them the same things you are.
