For nannies
Your work is ministry. Let's find a family who sees it that way.
If you love children, love the Lord, and take this work seriously, you already know how rare it is to find a family who values all three. That is exactly the kind of family we work with.
Who we're looking for
Nannies who are
- Followers of Jesus, active in their faith and comfortable sharing it with children in a natural, age-appropriate way
- Experienced, with at least [X] years of professional childcare and references who will vouch for you
- People of real character, the same in the kitchen at 3 p.m. as they are on Sunday morning
- Committed to healthy habits: good food, time outside, rest, and limited screens
- Reliable, warm, and ready to be part of a family’s daily life, not just supervise it
You do not need to be perfect. You need to be sincere, professional, and the kind of person a parent can trust with the most important people in their life.
Why work with us
Why work with Faith-Based Nannies
Families who share your faith
No more wondering whether it is okay to pray before lunch or answer a question about God. Our families want that from you.
Placements that fit
I match on more than schedule. Your strengths, your preferences, your season of life. I have been the nanny, and I know a bad fit costs everyone.
Professional pay and clear expectations
Our families are prepared to pay a professional wage and put the agreement in writing. [JEN: add typical pay range if you want to publish it.]
Someone who has done your job
I spent 15 years in homes just like the ones I place you in. I know what you need to succeed, and I stay in touch after you start.
What to expect
Five steps from application to placement
Apply
Tell me about yourself, your experience, and your faith.
Interview with me
Background check, driving record, reference calls, and CPR and first aid certification (we can help you get certified if you are not yet).
Screening
I bring you only the nannies who truly fit. You interview them, you meet them with your children, and you choose. I guide you through the offer, the work agreement, and the first weeks in your home.
Matching
When a family is the right fit, I introduce you. You meet them, meet the children, and decide together.
Placement and support
I help with the offer and the work agreement, and I check in through your first weeks.
